Our Martial Arts program is a hybrid style encompassing the best traditional elements of Taekwondo and Hapkido with modern kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Our diet philosophy is simple: Eat real food. A healthy diet is filled with lean meats, lots of vegetables, some fruit, nuts, seeds and healthy fats.
